Behind The Champion: Team Taiwan’s Road To Champion Special Exhibition

Team Taiwan achieved a historic victory in the 2024 WBSC Premier12, winning its first major international baseball title on November 24, 2024, at Tokyo Dome. To celebrate, the CPBL is hosting the “Behind the Champion” exhibition at the National Taiwan Museum from January 1 to March 2, 2025, featuring nearly 50 exhibits.

November 24 2024, the day that Taiwanese people will never forget, as Team Taiwan wrote a historic chapter at Tokyo Dome – its first title in one of the highest-level international baseball competitions. This result surprised the baseball world as Team Taiwan was seen as an “underdog” in this tournament. However, Team Taiwan’s astonishing performance placed Taiwan in the historical books and sparked immense pride and joy among the Taiwanese people.


A month after the nationwide celebration, the Chinese Professional Baseball League(CPBL) organised the special exhibition” Behind the Champion” at National Taiwan Museum. The two-month exhibition features nearly 50 exhibits, including the Premier 12 championship trophy, allowing fans to relive the journey to victory.

The special exhibition runs from January 1 2025 to March 2 2025. General admission is NT$ 30, while a commemorative set of six tickets is just NT$ 180.

The exhibits include player’s equipment, gold medals, game scorecards, and more.
